Custom Ductwork

We fabricate our own ductwork — on-site.

A new HVAC system is only as good as the ducts it pushes air through. We measure your house, cut and form the metal at the job, and put in tight, balanced runs that actually deliver the airflow your unit was sized for.

Why fab on-site

Pre-made ducts fit a catalog. Custom ducts fit your house.

Off-the-shelf fittings force extra transitions, extra elbows, and extra leakage points. On-site fabrication means fewer joints, fewer surprises, and a system that runs at the static pressure it was designed for.

Right-sized

Plenums, trunks, and branches built to match your unit's CFM and your home's load — not whatever was in the truck.

Sealed & insulated

Mastic-sealed joints, insulated runs in unconditioned space. You don't lose half your cool air on the way to the register.

Balanced airflow

Every room gets the temperature it should. No more "the back bedroom never gets cool."

Our process

How a custom duct job goes.

01

Measure & design

We walk the house, run a load calc, and plan the duct layout to match.

02

Fabricate on-site

Sheet-metal trunks, plenums, and fittings cut and formed at the job.

03

Install & seal

Mastic-sealed joints, properly supported runs, insulation where it belongs.

04

Test & balance

Static pressure checked, registers adjusted, every room verified before we leave.
